2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan
1) JI Service Project: Tom Czechura
1) JI Service Project: Tom Czechura
-The plan submitted in writing by Oct. 28th
- The plan with final budget, correspondance with organization, required materials, etc by November 1st.
-Must be completed by the last day of Centreterm.
2) Money Oriented Philanthropy: Matt Kowaleski
-Plan submitted by October 28th
-Letter contacting parents and alumni out by February 10th
-Must be completed by March, 15th
3) Recruitment: Spears Hinkle
-Make and excel spreadsheet with the names and numbers of prospectives by OCT 6th
-Have a cookout at the house with invitations on sunday Oct. 6th
- On January the 12th have a volleyball tourney just with us and the prospectives (Boyer) on January the 12th
4) Blowout Party: Brandon Gish
-Scheduled for the last week of pledging (date finalized by end of centreterm)
-The theme is finalized b vote by the end of centreterm
-Campus wide invitations and sign out by the monday before the party
