Action Plan
Scholarship-
-Enact the Zeta Tau scholarship plan, built on in past years, which includes study hours and accountability of doing said study hours, and tri-semester grade and attendance checks.
-A $1,000 scholarship for the active(s) with the highest GPA(s) is offered every semester.
-A faculty appreciation dinner is held every semester in the Chapter house and professors and faculty from the Fort Hays Campus are invited to attend.

Recruitment-

-Plan and implement dynamic rush week programs, building upon strengths and weaknesses of previous rush weeks.
-Implement a 365 recruitment plan and teach members different recruitment techniques and hold each member accountable for recruitment
-Remodeling of key parts of the house and the employment of a House Mother in attempt to make it more marketable to incoming freshman and other members to live in house.

Philanthropy-

-Participate as a whole chapter in community projects such as food drives, Habitat for Humanity, etc.

Accountability-

-Pursue the prevention of apathetic attitudes with an active Top 5; believing that leadership begins at the top, as does the growth of an apathetic attitude. By achieving an active Chapter devoted to pursuing the longevity of the chapter, new members will see this attitude and aid in its continuance.
-Pursue a strong Active-Alumni relationship, which starts with the active members of the chapter.

Greek Community-
-Progress the influence of Greek Life on campus by being positively active on the campus in clubs, organizations, and social projects.
-Be an active member in Intrafraternity Council. -Believe that the success of the Sigma Chi chapter depends on the success of the Greek Community as a whole.
-Participate in Greek Socials and other Greek-related events.
