    2. Purpose The purpose is for every brother/brother-to-be to come out of the retreat focused and ambitious. It is important on how well and when we execute our plans so "do or die"deadlines will be given to every office and committee. Areas

Derby Days - we agreed on donation to a local charity that ourLeadership alumniScholarship, are involved withgiven to increase alumni relations.   3. Winning thethree local parade in Kingsville. Brotherhood - a sensitive topic that helped us understand what is true brotherhood Social - we decided that a major portion of our social budget will go to our tailgates in football season Alumni Relations - we discussed the purpose of our websiteawards and chapter message board. Former Grand Consul Lee Beauchamp is now a member of our message board. Rush and Pledge Education - we discussed the importance and process on how to educate the pledges. This will help retain our numbers. Financial Responsability - we discussed the consequences of financial deliquency and how it lowers our chances in getting a house.
