- Attend at least one campus event as a chapter per month
- Improve marketing and appearance on campus with 1 new chapter polo shirt, and 2 new chapter t-shirts
- Make Playoffs in all Major Intramural Sports
Ritual
- Strong emphasis on Literary Exercises during chapter meetings
- Improved Initiation, by more frequent practice sessions
- Increased Professionalism by enforcing dress code during chapter functions
Leadership
- One new Faculty appreciation event per semester
- Development of a Leadership Scholarship, given to the general population every year
- Winning three local awards for leadership related activities
