1) Host at least one major philanthropic event.
a. Raise $5,000 for Children’s Miracle Network and Huntsman Cancer Institute.

2) Initiated a pledge class of at least 20.
a. This means that we would like to see a higher rate of pledges becoming active. Over the last couple years we haven’t initiated a pledge class bigger than 11 guys because of academics, drop outs, etc.

3) 90% Collections
a. Collections were horrible last semester, and we plan to change that. Installing Omega Financial into our collections process, and hard work being done by the active brothers should help this improve.

4) High Alumni Attendance
a. With the mortgage on the Zeta Nu house coming to a close this semester we want to see a large number of alumni show up to our Homecoming event “Mock Mortgage Burning.” Also to have a lot of alumni support when it comes to initiation as well.

5) Leadership
a. If this summer is an example of how brothers are going to fulfill their duties in positions, than there needs to be an immediate change. We need to get older brothers more actively involved to set a good example for the younger guys. Also they need to be involved so that the younger guys don’t get overwhelmed with higher positions.
b. Accountability – Brothers need to be accountable for their actions and the positions they volunteer to do.
