2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan

Goal Statement: To improve our overall campus standing to be one of the top three houses based on academics, athletics, and service by Fall 2008

Action Steps:

1. Academics- required study hours for both actives and new members to attain a house GPA of a 3.00 by the end of the Fall 2007 semester. We have a great scholarship program and many interactive student success centers on campus to utilize to complete this goal.

2. Athletics- elect an organized intramurals chair to create competitive rosters for each support which involves everyone in the chapter whether it is playing in the actual sports or supporting the team on the sideline.

3. Service- form a Derby Days committee, continue to work with Children's Miracle Network, have a road cleanup day 4 times a semester, win 1 sorority philanthropy a semester, and accomplish 100% of the points in service during Homecoming and Greek Week.
