2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan

Vision - To Shift the aim of the Theta Zeta Chapter back to Leadership and Character Building. This will be measured in how well we perform on this years Peterson.

Action Plan

• Scholarship - Set up Mandatory Study hours for brothers below a certain GPA
• Accountability - Hold brothers accountable for their actions through the use of
  • development and use of a strong J-Board
  • Use of form 50's (academic suspension) for financially Delinquent brothers
  • Use of Collections agency for especially delinquent/defiant Brothers
  • academic suspensions for those who do not correct scholastic deficiencies
  • form 51 (Expulsion) for brothers who do not act in accordance to the values of Sigma Chi
• Motivation- Strong emphasis on P.I.T.
  • Helps brothers understand ritual and lets them know why we do the things we do. Helps them generate a more closeness with ritual and its meanings.
  • Helps explain the obligation of every brother. (here we can explain our new presence of accountability)
