We feel it is important for the entiremembers of our Fraternity to be involved not only in the chapter but also on campus and in mythe community. We will descionswork aboutto rushconsistently week,win forthe Peterson Significant Chapter Award by acting as individuals and a morechapter to productivebe involved in every recruitment. Findingopportunity potentialspresented thatby our exemplifyFraternity, the JordonUniversity, Standard,and the community to meet the requirements set forth by the Peterson committee. We will obtain leadership skills within the Fraternity to apply to the outside world. These skills will be used to expand and showimprove the qualitieslives of leadershipthe shouldcommunity notas well as our fellow brothers in the USF community. We must make our best efforts to fully understand and appreciate the Ritual, and to hold one another accountable to fulfill the duties and expectations of the oaths of initiation, and of the offices we individually hold. We will make it our duty as a chapter to ensure candidates for initiation consist of only bethose who meet the jobrequirements of the officersJordan Standard, and will take their initiation as a life changing event which will influence the way they act and think in their everyday life; thus being worthy of initiation. We are the Thetaleaders Betaon Chapter,our butcampus, wishing to extend our contributions further into the surrounding community which on consist of: Temple Terrace, New Tampa, and industries where a shouldmutual benefit can be oneattained. ofOur involvement is broad and deep, reflecting the responsibilitesdiverse nature of everyour activemembership brotherand promoting the development of leadership skills in myour chapter.members.
