2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan

Goal Statement: To improve the Greek image at UWF and to enhance the relationship between Greeks, Administration, and Faculty. Sigma Chi will lead by example.

Action Steps:
1) Recruitment

-365 Program
implementation the 365 program not only for Sigma Chi but show other chapters on
campus that recruitment should not only be during one week.
-Jordan Standard Selection
recruit members based on the criteria on the Jordan Standard
-Positive Greek Image
Lead by example and set the standard for what Greek Organizations stand for. Our
virtues and our foundings, ensure brotherhood and growth to all.


2) Faculty Relations

-Hold more events focused for faculty
show faculty that their imput is important and we take them seriously
-Communication
open communication with faculty, maybe have a faculty advisor to sit on Greek Council.
-Partnership (were here for the same reasons)
we need to have ths same goals that the faculty have for us and us for them. We are all here for an education and to learn, we as greek organizations need to foster that idea to all Greeks and faculty members
-Grade Accountability
possibly have a semester report on all the grades for all the Greeks and then report those grades to the individual chapters to hold more chapters accountable for their members.
