Recruitment Chair Role
Recruitment Chair Goals:
1. Want to active 15 new members for the fall semester.
2. Get the WHOLE house involved in the Rush process by making sure at least 80% of active members are at rush events.
3. Educate the campus on what Sigma Chi stands for and improve our reputation through the Rush Process.
