2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan

Vision Statement: We are the premier Fraternity at Johns Hopkins University. We are leaders in the Fraternity, the campus and the community. We strive to create an environment conducive to learning. As upstanding gentlemen, we hold ourselves accountable for our actions and uphold the ideals of our Fraternity.

Goals:

• Win a peterson

• Three public non-party events per year

• Get 15 new members per year without sacrificing the quality of the brothers.

• No incidents at any public events

• Each brother attends one community service event or fund raising event per semester.

• Over 90% attendance at weekly chapter meetings.

Note: Action plans are kept on paper by the Consul, who doesn't have time to transcribe them to another system that will just fall out of date anyhow.
