2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan Following a very successful year, including a Bash Award, and Chapter of the Year at the University of the Pacific, the Kappa Sigma Chapter is committed to continual improvement.
The following are the priorities of the Chapter for the Fall semester 2007.
Goal: Improve Event and Risk Management
Steps:
1.Following University Regulations
2.Develop a strong policy that is applicable to all events.
3.Educate and hold all chapter members accountable for policies
4.Provide sober monitor education for all incoming brothers.
5.Ultimitately provide a safe social environment
Goal: Maintain and Improve the Quality of Membership
Steps:
1.Emphasize recruiting quality over Quantity.
2.Get full participation from active brothers in recruiting, especially at recruitment events.
3.Develop an organized schedule of recruitment events for the semester. 4.Lobby for Mission365 Training.
Goal: Improve Philanthropic Activity and Production on Campus and in the Community
Steps:
1.Improve the relationship with the university as well as the overall community through philanthropic events.
2.Strive to complete the most community service hours out of any organization on campus.
3.Establish a consistent involvement with the Center for Community Involvementat the university.
4.Establish a consistent involvement with the Sororities philanthropy events.

Vision: Through the values of our fraternity, we will provide opportunites for individuals to grow and live these values in their daily lives as a guide to do what is right. By so doing we seek to be one of the pre-eminant leadership development organizations within Sigma Chi.

-Presentability: pamphlets and memorabilia. Recruitment/philanthropy events for recruitment
-Involvement: attendance at events (bbq, mnf, dinners)

-Committee: dorm storm, events, slide show

- Sig for a sig
- Redevoting yourself during initiation
- Brotherhood events: paintball, pledge class wars, formal dinners

-Alumni newsletter on queater system

- Alumni/undergrad activity: basketball tourn, inner, golf, network fair

1. Chapter Attendance
- Enforce bylaws
-More that 2 unexc chapters = j-board
2. People who are behind/off their payment plans notify parents
- 1 week after pament is missed
-people who have outstanding debt as of 1st monday back will receive letter
3. Keep up officer accountability
- 3 posted goals
4. 3 Strike system
