- Have more people recite ritual related readings in chapter meetings.
- Will take a list of volunteers- Lundy
- Once list is done then it will go by rollbook-Lundy
- Read the Ritual
- Newly Initiated Brothers strongly advocated to read the ritual by next initiation.- Rudy
- Brothers have declared that they will read the ritual by this initiation- Brothers
- Bring Workshops to Chapter Meetings
- Every week people will volunteer to execute this.-Lundy
- Not allowed- case-by-case, possible J-Board- Rudy
- Entertainment:
- For known events brothers should prepare entertainment- Wardwell
- Make sure entertainment occurs by start of the function-Wardwell/Moses
- Pledges must have a week notice by Moses- Moses
- Go down to events early to do a meet-and-greet then do entertainment before any beer is distributed- Wardwell/ Moses
- One function entertainment a week max- Moses
- We need to come up with a repercussion song to the “We want entertainment” song- Wardwell
- Breakfast/Dinner:
- Breakfast to be made for pledges the week before I-week.- Tom Holly
- Ask sororities to be nice to our and their pledges.- Moses
