2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan


This semester one of the plans was to add a new activity for our chapter. With the help of my facilitator (Kevin Cunningham) i was able to make some changes to the brother to be program. My chapter has gone over these new changes very closely to ensure that there is no hazing in the new activities and that every precaution is taken so that there new will be in our program. I also enjoyed the meeting with my own chapter as our facilitator (Zack Prendergast) assisted my chapter officers in planning a revision of our bylaws, which were out of date and very vague. So far my Magister program is running very smoothly as each of the brothers-to-be are working hard and putting in the needed time and effort to grasp everything. My eight week program is on schedule and in a couple of weeks I-week will begin.
