2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan
Core Values: Friendship, Justice and Learning
Vision: To be the preeminent collegiate leadership development organization- aligned, focused and living Sigma Chi’s core values.
Mission: To accomplish our goals set forth by our ritual and staying loyal to the principals and ideals of our fraternity we pledge to be ambitious and accountable throughout our daily lives and the community
Strategic Imperatives
1. Get out of debt and maintain effective book-keeping
2. Recruit Value based Leaders
3. Establish friendly communication with alumni
4. Acquire at least a 2.5 GPA
5. Strong brotherhood involvement in preparation in assuming responsibilities in chapter involvement
6. Provide a safe and friendly socially environment by providing exciting social atmospheres and promoting values
7. Proactive involvement in one other organization other then Sigma Chi for each brother
8. One event with another chapter
9. Educate about HCI and get involved with on-campus philosophy
