Goal Statement: To Install an officer transitioning program for the active chapter.

Action Steps:
1. Prepare officer notebooks which define the roles and responsibilities of each office to give to Pro Consul
2.Executive retreat going over goals and officer notebooks.
3. Change By-Laws in order to elect year long offices after Spring Break
4. Newly elected officers will serve as apprentices until installation.
5. Make sure all required officers are registered for BLTW
6. Chapter will budget for half of registration fee of three brothers for BLTW
7. Each officer is required to have one strategic plan.

Our Plan:
Create shared vision to build accountability and negate negligence. Send brothers to collections who do not abide by chapter finance policy. Post reminders of due dates in high traffic areas i.e. places where we poop. Think of creative ways to engage officers and actives.

RSO status, HQ materials, Ritual, Sigma Chi boners from BLTW
