Vision:
The Eta Delta vision is to be the preeminent Greek letter organization on the Tennessee Tech campus, and in the local community, while striving for our ideals and strengthening brotherhood, scholarship, and alumni relations.

Major Goals For 2008-2009
1. Win a Peterson, again!
2. 2.9 GPA Overall
3. 95% Accounts Receivable Overall
4. 80% Pledge Retention Overall
5. Win 1st Place Overall in at least 2 Sorority Philanthropies
6. Raise $2000 Per Semester In Fundraising
7. Place in Homecoming Overall
8. Raise $4500 In Derby Days
9. Establish Alumni Communications Through A Monthly Newsletter and Up-To-Date Website
10. Every Brother Join and Be Active In 1 Club On Campus
Action Plan:
1. Elect a Peterson Chairman; assign parts and work on/update monthly.
2. Implement Big Bro/Lil Bro study time; group study time 2 x a week.
3. Revise and rewrite by-laws to reflect chapter state currently; strictly abide by the by-laws.
4. Big Brother program overhaul; chapter wide inspiration on grades, brotherhood, service.
5. Equal participation from brothers and pledges in sorority events—reward system for hard work.
6. Research and implement new fundraising activities/events; expand opportunities beyond local fundraising and inspire brothers to raise money with incentives.
7. Partner with a sorority; assign brothers to committees for different tasks/ events; Homecoming teams.
8. Mass letters to businesses in TN; good, fun events that raise money; Alumni invitations to attend and/or participate; bonus incentives for participating organizations.
9. Build and start new website, scrap the old one; keep website updated twice weekly; reestablish a consistent newsletter; keep alumni database up-to-date and expand our database with monthly goals/quotas.
10. Participation! Incentive for the chapter as a whole if we accomplish this goal.
