These are some successful ways to collect dues that have been used by various chapters. Please add your successes so we can all benefit from your experiences.

Incentives:
  • 10-15% discount on dues paid in full prior to start of semester
  • raffle off tickets (preferably donated) to a sporting event or Best Buy gift card in chapter for brothers who have paid dues in full before the first meeting each semester
  • Brothers who work fundraisers split the portion of the funds raised to lower their dues
  • Have alumni donations for work done through Rent-a-Sig type activities made out directly to the chapter
  • Create payment plans in advance

Collections
  • Work with your college/university to place a hold on seniors diploma's until past dues are paid
  • Use collection agencies
  • Send out 90 day past due letters to brothers parents
