2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan


1.) Goal Statement: Consistently remain in the 2nd Quartile or better in overall chapter GPA.
Action Steps:

• Track active member's GPAs throughout their college career.
• Reward those who consistently acheive above a 3.0 GPA
• Work with those who struggle to maintain a good GPA, implement study hours/tutoring from active brothers, advisor, or professors

Who? Scholarship Chair, President, Pro Consul
By When? January 17th
Potential Roadblocks:

• Apathy and not willing to get help from brother who is struggling
• Getting a scholarship fund to reward those with good GPAs
• Getting volunteers and professors to help tutor

Resources:

• Advisor who is a business professor
• Gpa reports from Greek Affairs office
• Resourceful study files in chapter study room

2.) Goal Statement: Get all members involved in chapter events including out of house, and help keep everyone up to date on events going on.
Action Steps:

• Create a calendar including all University events, Greek Community events, and Chapter events
• Post calendar on chapter website
• Keep calendar updated on a weekly basis

Who? Tech. Chair, President, Annotator

Potential Roadblocks:

• Keeping calendar updated
• Transitioning between officers and knowing duties
• Members not using calendar as a resource

• Newly designed webpage
• Brothers who are motivated to get things done
