Vision-To achieve our goals for the betterment of our chapter by strengthening recruitment, scholarship, and campus involvement, with a central focus on officer accountability and motivation.
· Goals
o To recruit at least 15 well qualified new members in the upcoming fall semester
o To increase officer accountability
o Motivate brothers to be willing participants in chapter activities
o To raise our house GPA above the all men's average
o To increase house involvement in campus activities
· Action Steps
o Goal: Recruit 15 Members
§ Encourage 1 on 1 interaction with brothers and rushees
o Goal: Increase officer accountability
§ Implement ECAS 2.1b with accompanying forms (pasted in bottom)
o Goal: Motivate Brothers
§ Have officers lead by example.
§ Create new positions that encourage brothers that don't hold office to participate in chapter operations.
§ Stress the importance of involvement and accountability through the Ritual.
o Goal: Increase involvement in campus activities
§ Create a club/organization through the campus union or the IFC
§ Campus sober taxi service, mountain bike rental service
