Mission: StrategicWith Plantwo Peterson Significant Chapter Awards in two years, our mission is to build upon a solid foundation to improve in the area of chapter operations, brotherhood, and Ritual proficiency.

Service:

Goals:
1. Two service events per quarter
2. Schedule the first service event prior to Recruitment this Fall

J-Board:

Goals:
1. Improve the policies of the Judicial Board
a. Implement recommended punishments for specific infractions
b. Complete this list prior to the start of first quarter to ensure consistency throughout the entire year.

Brotherhood:

Goals:
1. Schedule at least 2 sober brotherhood events per quarter.
a. One event must fall prior to Recruitment
2. Implement a weekly event to follow our chapter meetings
a. Begin following the first chapter and move forward based on chapter input
3. 100% retention of all brothers in the active chapter
4. Implement a “Senior Award” to be given to seniors who qualify based on chapter contributions over their tenure at Delta Iota

Ritual:
Goals:
1. Appoint a “Literature Chair” for Fall Term
a. This brother selects individual brothers to select their favorite literary exercise to read during chapter.

Alumni Relations:

Goals:
1. Create “SigFest”.
a. An annual event that will fall around the same time every year, featuring a weekend of activities for our Denver-area alumni.
2. Host an Alumni BBQ once per quarter.
a. Invite specific age groups to each
3. Publish a quarterly newsletter to send to chapter alumni
4. Send delegates to the monthly breakfasts for the Denver Alumni Chapter
5. Update our database
a. Tribune is to contact a minimum of ten alumni every week and update their contact information

Risk Management:

Goals:
1. Develop a detailed party plan prior to Recruitment
2. Bring in one guest speaker every quarter to discuss Risk Management issues.
a. The first of these is to occur no later than the 5th week of Fall Term
3. Schedule a CPR certification with one of the sororities for this year

Recruitment:

Goals:
1. Schedule a Recruitment Workshop for the first chapter
a. Have an all-house dinner at 5:00
b. Show the new Recruitment Slide Show immediately prior to chapter
2. 100% bid acceptance
3. Update the chapter’s website before the beginning of school (prior to Recruitment)
