2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan
Vision- Continue to build and maintain our legacy at North Carolina State University through quality recruitment, philanthropic success, quality leadership, and superior brotherhood.

Goals-
-Maintain standard requirements with Greek Life
-Recruit 30+ member during the 2008-2009 school year
-New chapter house time line
-Strengthen the brotherhood

Analysis of Focus
  • Consul- Improve Brotherhood, increase brotherhood involvement, improve ritual, increase attendance at meeting, continue quality risk management.
  • Pro Consul- Quality P.I.T. program, Improved judicial board, better communication between executive councils, delegation.
  • Questor - Timely payments, payment options, improved budget to minimize unexpected costs, food payments.
  • Annotator- Improve university relations, improve standards binder, keep the chapter informed, and deliver quality minutes.
  • Magister- Meaningful pledge program, improve the organization of I-Week, improving pledges grades, team building for the pledges.
Areas of Focus
  • Brotherhood improvement- planned brother retreats, improve chapter apathy, community service outside of Derby Days, accountability.
  • Recruitment- Recruiting for the quality not the quantity of men. Making sure that each pledge meets the seven standards, have brothers more involved with rush, plan Mission 365 in the fall.
  • Scholarship- Improve our scholarship program. Offer new tools for education. Organize the test bank.
  • Officer Accountability- Making sure that each officers is accountable for their responsibilities which the chapter rely on. Distribute the bylaws to the brothers, review goals for the upcoming semesters 1 yr, 5 yr, 10 yr plans. Plan an executive retreat before each semester.
