2008-2009 Strategic Plan

Vision: To establish the Delta Chapter of Sigma Chi as one of the premier fraternities on the University of Georgia campus and to be recognized by the International fraternity as a Peterson Chapter.

Goals:
· Raise $30,000 from Derby Days
· Win Peterson
· Increase Community Service
· Increase Campus Involvement
· Raise Active Brothers’ GPA & New Members’ GPA
· Increase Alumni Relations
· Create/Update a webpage
· Maintain Involvement with Mother’s Club

Attainment:

· Derby Days—Discount Cards, Golf Tournament, Auction, Letter Campaign, Deadlines

· Peterson—Elect Chair, create and meet deadlines, submit letters and photos to Sigma Chi Magazine, keep a folder updated

· Community Service—Adopt a Highway, Athens PBJ, UGA Miracle, Peddle & Paddle, Adopt an Animal, elect a Community Service Chair to assist the Annotator

· Campus Involvement—Maintain and increase involvement in multiple campus groups including IFC, SGA, Foundation Fellows, Ramsey Scholars, Clubs, Intramurals, etc

· GPA—Study Hours, Dinner, Set aside a fund for scholarship

· Alumni—Newsletter, create/update a website, sponsor an alumni picnic dance, Invite alumni to Parents weekend dance and auction

· Mother’s Club—Plan Parents Weekend and Mother-Son Luncheon
