Goals:
1) Better Alumni relations. More involvement, and to change the way the Housing Corporation, AAB, and Chapter function together so that it is more productive.
2)Accountability-Strengthenthe By-laws so that it is easier to hold brothersaccountablefor their actions.
3) Retain "lost causes", brothers who are slipping away from the house. Retain them by motivating them and giving them small tasks within the chapter operations so that they feel involved again.
4) Sway the leadership of the house into older brothers.
5) Organize myself better so that I am not spreading myself too thin.Delegatemore, and make sure my Pro Consul is keeping track of the positions.

1) 100% Retention of pledges.
2) Hold eachother accountable through the By-Laws
3) Improve inter-Greek relations and University relations by getting 1000 community service awards and hosting a successful Derby Days.
