2007-08 Chapter Strategic Plan
1) Create and implement the first annual Founder's Day fundraising golf tournament for our 15th anniversary in order to:
- Re-connect alumni
- Raise money to fund a Chi Chi scholarship and pay off the remaining debt on our chapter house
2) Make long-lasting improvements to the chapter house including:
- New living room furniture
1) Dining room table
2) Couches
3) TV
- New outdoor furniture for front and back porches
- Revitalize and repair pool table in brotherhood room
3) Create a monthly brotherhood event
4) Increase accounts recievable collections through the implementation of Omega Financial Services
5) Increase local philanthropic work to over 300 hours for the chapter per semester
