Ø ”Derby Days Formal”
Ø Contact Boutros as early as possible, James Sanders (Fall 93) former DD chair
- Make PR chair more accountable by outlining objectives

Additional Thoughts – Fred Boutros
  • Create a brochure/Beta Theta Resume for Rush which talks about Horizons, BLTW, the awards Beta Theta has won, our Foundation, our Alumni Networks, what we concentrate on, Derby Days, Grand Chapter, 100th year Anniversary, etc. MIT does this, and it works very well. This would be handed out during rush. Gives good talking points for Brothers speaking with Rushees. MIT also hands out business cards.
  • Create a Rush Website off of our undergrad website. Good resource for parents and Rushees.
  • Push applying to Horizons
  • Use Foundation Brochure during Rush
