2008-09 Chapter Strategic Plan
Goal 1:Financial
Vision:
Reduce debt with the international fraternity and create a sustainable transparent financial policy.
Steps:
1. Reduce debt with international fraternity by $2000 per semester through active member dues during the 2008-09 school year.
2. Reduce debt with international fraternity by $1000 per semester through fundraising during the 2008-09 school year.
3. Collect $5000 of past due accounts receivable during the 2008-09 school year.
4. Collect 90% of dues invoiced during the 2008-09 school year.

Vision:
Bid 20 men throughout the 2008-09 school year that exemplify the Jordan Standard and the values of Sigma Chi.
Steps:
1. Institute a mandatory recruitment workshop that focuses on values one week before rush and at the beginning of each semester.
2. Divide the active chapter into recruitment teams that will focus on recruiting throughout the school year.
3. Compile a list of recruitment guidelines that will be available to the entire chapter.
4. Hold a Mission 365 conference during the spring semester of 2009.
5. Refine the bidding interview process and procedures
Goal 3: Scholarship
Vision:
Improve the active and brother-to-be GPA
Steps:
1. Increase active and brother-to-be weekly study hours according to individual's current cumulative GPA.
2. Check mid-semester grades for all members.
3. Mandated study location in the library for three hours every week where members can study and seek tutoring.
