Overview from the Consul
Main Goals
General Goals
- List of Lafayette alumni for Lehigh-Lafayette
- 2 province meetings per year.
- Mission 365 Recruitment
· Nova offered to volunteer
· 1-day seminar
· 50% boost in retaining pledges
- Use the programs that are available. Most are free to us.
· Dan Bradley HQ facilitator
· 90 days ahead
- You can’t run for a position if you can’t go to BLTW
- Alumni big brother program
- Gmail accounts for each office
- Google calendars so that everybody can sync up.
- Get Gopen to talk at a Chapter meeting.
Derby Days
- Getting the school to agree to Derby Days
- Set up a start and an end. From there see what you need to do to make it happen. Look back over the week, make sure its done and make sure people can do what is coming up next time.
- Get women’s center to cosponsor.
- Derby daddy’s to set up and run Derby Days.
- Door hangers that advertise our events.
