Alpha Kappa
2008-09 Chapter Strategic Plan Expectations:
"The Ideal"
Every member measures himself by the Jordan Standard and strives to push himself to meet that standard every day.
Each member holds himself accountable for his actions in accordance with the oath of initiation.
The Chapter holds open constructive conversation about issues that affect the chapter at large, free from the involvement of emotions or bias, focusing solely on problem and solution.
Active members take a proactive role in examining potential pledges BEFORE bid session to ensure that they live the Jordan Standard.
Problems:
Accountability;
In a case that a brother has not held himself to the Jordan Standard, J- Board is not used nearly enough.
Man up to breaking things
Restoration of the house:
Need a spirit of Pride to change the way the house is treated.
Up keep is a problem
